Love this place. They could redo the parking lot and the reason for only 4 stars.nOther then that it's clean most days. Great people from around town with their pets. Great time.
Don't let the picture fool you. It's not a mud pit. Great place to take your dog. Very clean. The creekside trail has been abandoned, but you can still get to the rest of the trails (~1 mile) if you stay on one side of the creek and don't mind walking down a sidewalk and crossing a 2 lane highway at the end.
Our dog Turbo absolutely loves this park. All the people & dogs we have met there have been so great to interact with and he just has the best time. I love dog people❤
Great park for your dogs! Also great for walks with your family!
The city of Lynchburg is fixing the park up for dogs . They are putting in a restroom. The people and dogs I mean there are very friendly and I'll be going there as often as I can.
