Ordered for 8. Our order was taken well, but the soda.... yuck. Tasted like baking soda water. However, we were reimbursed because we just frank what we travelled with while waiting in the line to tell them the machine has an issue. Food was good. Employees were polite. Bathrooms clean. We went to the Restroom, but ate in the parking lot.
When will drive-thrus learn that it's poor service automatically when you pull somebody over to wait.
I came in from Indianapolis for my sister's memorial and stopped at this Burger King in West Virginia I only got a Whopper and a drink service was friendly food was good which made my vacation pleasant.
I was surprised with this Covington Burger King on Valley Ridge. I thought it would be mediocre but it was great! They took my order quickly and were very friendly! One of the employees asked me about my day and complimented my watch! The double whopper with cheese tasted fresh and the fries were hot!
An employee carried an elderly couple's food out to their car. Great customer service. Good job.
