Batteries Plus Bulbs

Had a great experience today getting the battery replaced in my cell phone.nI scheduled the appointment yesterday afternoon, and arrived at 9:00am this morning. The customer service rep was ready for me, had my paperwork done quickly, and told me it would be done in around an hour.nI went and ran a couple of errands, grabbed a bite to eat, and came back a few minutes past 1 hour.nThe representative saw me coming and had my phone ready to go before I got inside the store.nAnd the price was better than I expected.nExcellent customer service, thanks so much!

Just got back from a 60 mile round trip for nothing. Made online appointment to get battery replaced in my iPhone - droped off phone - told to come back in one hour - came back - told they do not have the battery.nAdded Review - Later that week they called me and apologized for their screw up and offered to give me a price break when they got the battery in stock, which they did this morning so they got a satisfied customer and an updated review.

not friendly at all. I was in the store about 1PM, I needed a battery pack assemblied. the teck said he was working on some else and he could have it ready in an hour. there were no other customers in the store and he expected me wait there was an hour, why couldn't he lay the job he was working on aside and do mine? I gave him my number and asked to call me when it was ready. He called me at 7PM, 6 hours later.

The sales associate took time to fulfill my requests. Exceptional People Skills.

They always have whatever battery I need.
