I cant ever speak to the locksmith on duty. Does he have his Dept Of Criminal Justice credentials? Does he have a Virginia locksmith license? I would want to see these before letting them re-key my place. Who does the house lockouts? But sounds like they do good work.?.?

It's a machine. It did what it was supposed to do. I was going to get a copy of my car key also but that was a bit pricey.

My keys did not fit the lock properly, but your support desk was responsive and couldn't have been more professional. I would try this service again for a different lock.
