This studio is the best value fitness and quality you’ll find in Lynchburg. Not only are the instructors excellent, knowledgeable, and great teachers in every class offered, but they care about every person that walks in the door. Guys and girls alike will find a class to challenge them at Live Move Be and will join a community that accepts and includes everyone!

I had an enjoyable aerobic Workout experience on Wednesday night. I am not one who usually does partake in aerobic or gym activities for the reasons of lack of time or lack of funds but I did enjoy this one and it is reasonably priced and I will do it again another time.

Nothing to not love...nnNever knew them before I went to a class on opening week. Haven’t seen genuine women trying to help you with your heart and health in Lynchburg in my 15 years of living in the area.nnYou’re only regret in going will be that you doubted before you went!
