The Vibe Studio of Lynchburg

I can't begin to explain what this place has done for my self-confidence. For the first time I feel on top of my fitness and the world! Everyone here is SO nice! You never get judged. NEVER. I've been struggling with body positivity and eating disorders my entire life. This place has helped me grow as a person and learn to accept myself. I highly recommend to ANYONE! It is WAY better than running in the gym. All the classes are amazing!! Try it! It'll change your life!

The classes Stephanie provides are amazing. They will challenge you in ways you never expected! I always get bored with workouts but I have been taking pole fitness classes from Vibe from over a year and have no intention of stopping. I highly recommend taking classes here!

Such a positive atmosphere for body's of all sizes to workout and have fun! The staff is absolutely amazing and everyone is so supportive. This is a great place to hit your fitness goals and meet new friends!
