I’ve been a happy customer of Maddox’s for years. Matt Hileman is the tech that comes to the house to service our heat pump. He is always on time, very polite & courteous, wears a mask & covers over his shoes to keep the house clean. He’s super friendly and very knowledgeable about our heat pump. We highly recommend him & Maddox Air & Electrical.

I signed up for Maddox's energy service agreement. Today was the first service appointment. All went well. Gotta give a shout-out to technician Jordan. Along with the usual cleaning and maintenance, Jordan solved a wiring issue in my air handler that did not allow the supplemental electric heat to operate. My wife and I now look forward to consistently warm air in future winters!

The most professional experience in Lynchburg above all others in the area I have used. The mechanics who did the installation were very informative and professional from start to finish. Hands down the most pleasant experience with any HVAC company in the area. Keep up the great work. Thanks to all who made this happen for us.
