I had a good experience at this facility overall. As others have mentioned, Felicia the property manager does a great job and she made my move-out go smoothly. She is reasonable to deal with and will go above and beyond to help out of state customers like myself.

Felicia, the property manager here, is awesome! My move in and out processes were incredibly smooth, and Felicia was able to answer all of my questions. She checked in to be sure I was doing okay, and she even contacted corporate for me to address a billing problem. I have nothing negative to say!

Used their online service to register yesterday. Felicia contacted me immediately by phone to offer assistance, if necessary. Visited the facility today and Fiona assisted me. Quick, easy orientation to everything. Friendly, efficient folks. Looking forward to working with them.

Wonderful Customer service I came by to get a quote on a unit and a woman that worked there named Fiona was very helpful with the questions I had.

Felicia was wonderful! I was not aware of the insurance coverage, but that was not her fault. The company should make that known prior to renting.
