Cedar Park Storage

Good storage location and friendly customer service. Snow and ice removal is good except right at the storage units. Other than that it's a very good place.

Just terrible. They overcharge in comparison to other storage facilities in the area. They allowed someone to put massive amounts of moth balls in a climate controlled unit next to mine and it got into my furniture. So I had to move my stuff out. Now not only do I have to pay to get my furniture cleaned and hopefully the smell comes out they won't prorate my monthly fee because I moved out mid month. I only moved out because I couldn't go into my storage unit w/out getting a massive headache from the moth ball smell. I would not recommend.

Don't get in a financial bind! They will sell a all your belongings if you are even just 1 month behind. I've used numerous storage units over the years and these people will NOT work with you. They are are greedy and money hungry. I lost everything because my daughter was sick and I couldn't make the payment. I've never had a storage unit facility not with me. And the only reason I went to this place was because everything else was sold out. If I could give it 0 stars I would have.

From the first day in 2011 that I rented two units at Cedar Park Storage, till the day I moved out of them in 2016, I have been treated with professionalism, courtesy, fairness and kindness. The original owners and managers were always helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. When the new management team took over nothing really changed. The climate controlled storage facility was perfect for the long term storage of all my property. The public areas of the facility were always very clean, the outside areas were also well maintained and attractive with plantings and seasonal flowers. When next I need storage, I will be back to Cedar Park. A great facility all around including customer service, security and excellent management.

Asked about their lease agreement and female manger was very rude and defensive about me running it by a lawyer and my questions pertaining to liability. Be careful to read the lease carefully
