Rude and disrespectful employee that would rather have the unnecessary drama instead of stopping for 2 seconds and listening instead of talking. Also the fact that the employees leave way early for or come back way late from lunch and has no regard for any of the people that had time taken away from their day because the employee didn't feel the need to be at the location. Also they will lock you out of your unit either at the end of the day BEFORE your payment is due or the morning of the day your payment is due and then treat you as if you are past due and that it's so much work just in order to remove their lock ON THE EXACT SAME DAY THE PAYMENT IS DUE. Both women are extremely rude and very unfriendly and I'm out opinion in the wrong profession.nnUnits are way overpriced and in my opinion definitely not worth all you have to go though just to have a basic unit. I believe that it definitely will pay off to spend a little extra time checking into other facilities as we did and I'm my opinion there are alot of better options.

Its a convenient place to store stuff when you are given a short time to move. The staff is very nice and the units are guarded well. The company always worked with me when things got tight during the move. All around pretty good expierence.

So much help in getting what was needed for storage on short notice. Great attention to security, notified upon discovery that the unit had not been locked properly after on visit. Very pleased with the overall experience.nPaul F Gelinas January 26, 2020
