I have my belongings at this storage. It's a safe place so I don't have to worry about anyone stealing my things. You have to have a code to enter the building

Good a few utilities problems but working through

Horrible Customer Service. I had an issue with a lock being placed on my unit after I had paid two months up she addressed the issue and informed me that I would have to place my own lock on the unit. I informed her I would be traveling from Verona to place my lock on a unit I had in Waynesboro about a 20 minute drive the following morning. When I get arrive the next morning they still have my unit locked and inform me that because I did not place a lock on my unit they placed another lock on it earlier that morning. Lizz was out that day and it needed her approval before being unlocked again. I explained the situation and left a message for Lizz. I got a call back the following Monday informing me I needed to find another unit and was given 5 days to do so and could only get my things if a manager issued a temporary code to enter the building. At this point after Lizz very rudely telling me to move my things and explaining my remaining month would not be refunded because I broke contract by not having my unit locked, there were words exchanged and finally I got a code to enter the building and get my belongings.nA WORD OF ADVICE WATCH WHO YOU RENT FROM! I MOVED MY THINGS AND HAD ZERO ISSUES WITH MY NEXT UNIT

Clean units prices are a bit in the high side.
