Lost most of what I stored here despite paying monthly. Upon my return after 5 months I opened my unit to find mold growing on everything. The building I was put in was leaking and stank of mold. Heartbreaking experience. Completely the fault of the business. They refunded my money I paid but still, I lost my belongings. These people knew that building was garbage. They are predatory. Consumer beware.

I absolutely hate and am actually nervous driving any size moving truck. Van Fossen went above and beyond to get me through this. So I was able to make my move. I think I got one of the older trucks, which I figure probably turned out for the best except I could have used some of the newer things like the back up screen especially since it was a truck and could not see behind me. But, I also rented storage space from Van Fossen which was right where I dropped off the truck. All in all, I would definitely use Van Fossen Rentals again and I was happy with the service and treatment. Thank you for getting me through this and for being there when I needed it.

Other than a few computer glitches (no fault of theirs), I was able to rent a Penske truck and storage unit all in one visit. I ended up renting the truck a second day. Everything went smoothly and the employees were courteous and apologetic. I thought their prices were reasonable as well. Would recommend!

Rented a truck. Super nice people. Premises are clean and inviting. Truck was very clean and well maintained. Only downside was cigarette smell in cab.
