Five Guys

It was a typical 5 guys. I give four stars because they kept with company tradition. But I didn't give five stars because both times that I've tried this location, they've ignored things that I've wanted on the actual burger. First time I asked for extra lettuce even though I had a lettuce bun (Yes I know I'm weird I just like lettuce) And I got a regular bun with no lettuce. And then the second time I asked for extra pickles and got no pickles at all. So I think they're having a hard time figuring out what extra and no are different for lol

Hamburger was not good the bacon on the burger was so over cooked it could have broken a tooth and when I called to report this the person I spoke with did not offer to remake it. $21 for two single burgers and one French fry which was thrown all in the bottom of the bag it was a mess buns all mashed to be truthful I have had a better meal at Wendy’s and it cost less. very very disappointed in this place because they use to be so much better. They have certainly lost my business. Called the next day and manager replaced my entire order ..good job and manager giving 5 stars. For being considerate of a weekly customer.

Wonderful food and service. Only down side is the price is a bit steep but the food is well worth the money. Highly recommend if you want a delicious burger

The woman at the counter is always so nice. I wish I could remember her name, but she knows how to make a customer feel like they matter.

WHYYYY ARE YOUR FRENCH FRIES SO ADDICTIVE?!? Why are your burgers so juicy and perfectly cooked? Seriously. This food is hardcore comfort food. This location, this staff, so incredibly kind and accommodating. They have never once gotten my order wrong, and they even bring it to your car for you lately.
