A great family-oriented trailer park... I've been here going on two years, and I haven't seen one iota of trouble. Great place and great maintenance. I recommend it wholeheartedly...

I looked into this place as an option. There application is u real. Good credit and rental history of 5 yrs. This is a trailer park? Right. I've lived same place for 2 yrs. I had to leave last place 3 months early because couldn't afford anymore and roommate skipped out on me. I would think last 2 yrs paying all rent by myself would count for something. I just want to rent where landlord will do regular maintenance to homes.

Nice park

The area looks nice and would be a lovely place to live if it were not for the owners whom deem it necessary to tell you what you need to have done to your own home. They will come by or call you to complain if your lawn is not to their specifications and even after talking with them the owners will continue to voice their opinions about your lawn care without any aid. You will be discriminated against depending on whether they like you or not and if anything is wrong with your mobile home they will be quick to point it out as a fault of your home care and demand the issue to be fixed or risk being evicted. This is the case of many of the residents that live or have lived in this park.
