Don’t know what’s wrong with this location today, but I was part of a line of four trying to order around 930. Big ole sign out front says they’re open till 10. I had originally not gotten anyone and tried to go inside to order, the lady who opened the door for me tried to tell me they closed at 9...I pointed out the sign...she told me to go try again at drive thru.nI understand that I came relatively close to closing, but it was a solid half hour before closing when I arrived and I’m struggling to get an order placed.

This might be the worst run fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. The staff have no clue what they’re doing, we waited 15+ minutes for our food (they weren’t busy), they’re out of every drink except pink lemonade and Sierra Mist, and the portions were meager to say the least (4 supremes that were essentially bite size chicken nuggets). Absolute waste of time to stop here. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

We pulled into drive thru at 9:40pm they said open until 10pm on building and internet. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and she said they were done making those because they already cleaned grill for night. Ok, I then decided to just go with tenders and mashed potatoes. There was a pause and I didn't hear anything back so I asked did she get it and she then said we are out of potatoes for the day. I just pulled off I clearly got the message that they had cleaned up and were done working for the night.

I like Bojangels. But, this morning the coffee was not hot. Luke warm.nCinnamon biscuits not the same. ud83dude1f
