Genuinely one of my favorite restaurants of all time. The only disappoint lies in the slight change of quality depending on the visit and what I presume to be a change in calamari suppliers. This place is good down to its ranch dressing.
Tuscan used to be a favorite of mine, but it seems like the last few times we have visited we have been very disappointed. A couple of the waitresses have poor attitudes and when making a call in order one time they were flat out rude. The last time we went a couple of weeks ago, there was a hair in my food, which I didn't get upset about because I understand that things happen. However, when I brought it to a waitress' attention, she looked at me and walked away. My food was replaced but I wasn't even given an apology. Maybe covid times changed the restaurant but recent experiences here have me doubting I'll be back anytime soon.
Can't say a bad thing about The Tuscan Grill. Food always hot and fantastic. The servers here are on the ball
Food was great. One of the best restaurants in town. Much better when we have eaten in the restaurant over the years but COVID-19 has changed that as well. But always awesome food.
This place is ALWAYS so good. Good food, good service and you get your food in a timely manner
