Poor service

The morning shift is always killing it! They are super friendly, very efficient, and have yet to get any of my orders wrong. The afternoon/late shift is not so great. Frequently their card reader stops working so they ask for cash only, and on top of that it is very common for them to tell me that they aren’t serving any cold items (frappes, mcflurries, etc). Not sure what the deal is but it does get frustrating after awhile. Overall it’s still a good location!

I am not sure what is going on at this McDonald's but I stood in front of the register by myself for 20 minutes to order one happy meal. Then finally someone showed up and I was able to ordered. After another 10 minutes before I got the Happy meal. To my dismay I then had to wait another 10 minutes for a small Sprite. The whole time I watched the eight employees attend to 25 cars going through the drive-thru in front of me. I was able to keep my cool and just went with it. I just got home and my child brought to my attention that they even got my order wrong with the Happy meal. I double check my receipt and yes they did! Those employees at that McDonald's even messed the order up. What is going on?!?!

Every item was freshley made. Who ever was working that day, handled the heavy traffic at the take order. That was better time in ordering. Drove to pay window, the lady was very professional We then went to the window to get order. We were so pleased with the HOT & freshness, What a Surprised

The app is amazing. When u log into the McDonald's app... you can get one large fry everyday for $1.00
