A quiet lovely place to walk. The path is paved. There's a lake with benches and I have seen folks fishing there. The view at the top overlooks the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Nice picnic and walking area. Some dog walkers do not comply with leash laws which makes walking impossible at times.

The trail is around 0.5 mile. It's super nice, and there is a lake where you can fish. There is also a small pavilion where you can eat and chill.

It’s a very wide open trail. The trail is paved which makes it nice for walking with kids. It’s a little less than a mile also so it’s not too bad for young kids. It also has benches all along the way. It seems like nobody really knows about it so it’s great.

Aside from several people ignoring the leash law with their dogs it is a very nice place to walk, fish, relax. There are at least 5 different individuals that walk the path on the weekends with NO regard for the 'must be on leash' or VA leash laws. Most are non-aggressive but the law is there to protect the dogs as well as the humans they encounter. Bring a can of pepper spray and document any incidents if you should have any but please remember its the human that is at fault, NOT the dog(s).
