Had a good time disc golfing at Kiwanis course.

Went there for a bit of solitude. There was a guy learning how to fly his drone. Ended up in a nice conversation with him and another fellow.

Staunton is lucky to have two large public parksnMy visit today was to see the construction or a new picnic pavilion being built by the Staunton Rotary Club in commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the founding of the Club. The site near the Montgomery Hall Mansion provides a moving vista of the rolling hills in the Montgomery Hall Park.nnThe othe other large park, known as Gypsy Hill Park,nIs home to a historic bandstand, playing fields, a kiddie play area, many picnic Pavilions and an 18 hole golf course.nnVisits to both these historic parks are highly recommended.

I love the pickleball courts.
