Coyner Springs Park

My dogs and I love this park. It offers open fields for off leash running and wooded trails (on leash). Also there's a stream the dogs can play in and a pavilion with 2 fireplaces (w/ stacked wood next to them to burn usually available) for congregating on cold days with other dog people and their dogs.

Great park! I come annually for the mud run but there is so much more to do. This is also a dog park with great trail for walking or playing with your furry friends. Last but not least there is also a disc golf course for all you aficionados!

Pretty neat, was heading south on 81 and decided to take a detour. Less than 15min from the highway and it was a huge field where dogs could roam free. Creek and restrooms as well as a bowl near the well for the pups to drink from!

Absolutely loved this gem of a park. There aren’t too many places I’ve found that allow dogs off leash aside from “small” fenced dog parks. This park is a dog’s paradise, and we had an absolute blast roaming the trails (be aware, very muddy after all the snow melting) and playing fetch in the huge open fields. Wow. And if it couldn’t get any better, upon leaving I stumbled across this lovely dying fire in the shelter that was left by the previous inhabitants. Thank you Waynesboro for this wonderful area!
