Exterior Interior Custom Paint Services

Mr Esperon painted the exterior of our 70 year old home as well as the inside of the sunroom/porch. He was meticulous in the prep work, which was extensive, and for which we are very grateful. There was a lot of very old caulking that needed to be scraped out. He also had to cover some factory-painted metal surfaces (on windows we had replaced) and he made sure that the surface was prepped so that the new paint would adhere and last. His paint work is beautiful and he is very careful to use good quality materials that are right for the job. Aside from his excellence at his craft, he is very considerate, cleaned up the area he was working in at the end of every day, was careful about our foundation plantings, is quiet (except for when he needs to use an electric sander, of course!), communicates his schedule, and is entirely reliable. He even cleaned windows after the painting was finished. His price is entirely fair for the very high quality of his work. His quote was in the middle of those we obtained, but the quality of work is the best I've ever seen done in all our years of home owning. Excellent value. We are already looking at interior projects we would like him to do in the winter.

Wow!! Mauricio is an *artist*! He painted our exterior aluminium siding, shutters, trim, door and foundation. He made it look completely new! Even taking the time to camouflage the myriad cables on the side of the house. It was a bit tricky as our yard slopes at a steep angle, necessitating him to build a custom platform to paint from. He always showed when he said he would, no hidden costs, a price WAY better than the competitors, and he took his time making it *perfect*. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Quality craftsman.
