Alfie was wonderful to work with! I met him two years ago and remembered that he had this business and I’m so glad that I did. He was very responsive and happily said that he would be able to help a seller of mine repair some small cracks in the parge coat on a foundation wall. He told me when he could do the job and it was completed on that day. I am so impressed with his customer service skills because I know it’s not easy when you’re out working in the job and also have to play secretary and call people back. Called Alfie from Google and had no knowledge of him but after calling Alfie and he came out to estimated the job (installing flooring) and doing the work, I couldn’t say enough positive things. He did the job better than most big places and contractors would do. I HIGHLY recommend him. Courteous and just an all around down to earth man and so helpful with his explaining how’s and why’s. He impressed me all the way around that he’s now 1st on my call list if anything arises.

This company did an amazing job laying new floor down in our newly remodeled beauty salon at Royal Care at Birch Ridge in Staunton, Virginia. Alfie (owner) takes such pride in his work and strives to ensure excellent customer service. I needed a pet door installed for my cat. I contacted Alfie who quickly came and looked at the door and gave an estimate. Unless than a week he’d done the job. I couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely be calling again when I need things done.

Needed my retaining wall fixed b/c original contractors did not allow for drainage. Now after 2 1/2 years, the wall has cracks and one time a bunch of water flooded my basement bathroom. I wanted to have some kind of drainage for the wall to help with water saturation during heavy prolonged rainfall. The problem was I did not have that much in my budget to do this project, but Alfie was able to work with me and come up with a solution that I was pleased with. He was very prompt and completed this project as promised. I'll definitely use Alfie and his team again!
