The people here are nice; very accommodating when dealing in person. Now getting them to answer the phone is another story. Tried today for 30 min and never an answer - just a recorded message that ends you up in a vicious circle. Not good customer service...
I think it's great that Woodforest has overdraft protection and they are always staffed with friendly people. I think it is also sweet that they have the Revolving Line of Credit.
