I do not recommend using them for out of state taxes. I waited over a week for them to finalize the state taxes. I cancelled everything with them and did them myself.

Anthony was the name of the representative that helped me, (at the H&R Block on Timberlake rd, Lynchburg VA). He was INCREDIBLE!! I had an accountant that told me I owed over $2,500, but he was able to spend an hour and a half trying to see if he could find ways to lower the price. He was able to work the price down to $7!! He was extremely genuine, helpful, and kind. He did mention that my case was odd and he didn't have to deal with that very often at all, but he worked nonstop until he was able to relieve me of my financial stress. I'm so very thankful for him and all of the hard work he put into my specific case. I will be going back to H&R Block.
