This place used to be great. My parents went here for years for their taxes, and naturally so did I. Apparently, the owners sold this business to someone else (or it's under new management or something?), but all I can say now is HOLY cow has this place gone down the drain. Constant excuses and constant delays and extremely unprofessional (in both appearance and attitude) staff. Not only will I never be giving them my business again, but I also discourage anyone else to go here unless you want to wait an absurd amount of time to have your taxes done. Most likely what happened here was the new owners/management inherited the previous owner's loyal clientele, got totally swamped, and didn't have the sense/decency to turn people away when they felt they had too much of a work load. Extremely disappointed.
