Fabulous. Cher was so personable and her daughter was adorable. Both was so attractive and inviting. So professional. The owner came over introduce herself. Just love the decor. I left a very unprofessional place. They were very proficient and quick. Knew what I needed. . I am so satisfied. I wished I came here years ago. So if you need great people. This is where you need to come!!!!

They are very helpful, responsive and do take their time with your taxes. Many people will get impatient. I tell them to take their time because i want it done right. Our tax situation is kinda complicated.

Brief synopsis of many issues incurred-nThis business did not return phone calls or emails in regards to problems incurred from a return they filed. 18 months later- Yes it took that long- they had the audacity to hand me a bill. This isn’t common practice to charge the customer to fix the preparers MISTAKES that led to the government not accepting the return.nFYI the government charges interest.nBuying a tax prep kit would have cost me a lot less money. Research before choosing anyone to handle your financial information. Being on a local #Christian business list isn’t enough, anyone can pay to be on that list. Not my #LynchburgReadersChoice
