We had no professional interaction,with but a personal one with this place. My family and I were trying to visit the Blue Ridge Tunnel (on the same road, but closed to the public). We came in as this business is located in the old RR depot to ask for directions, which the secretary was friendly and helpful. My 10 year old daughter asked if she could use the restroom and she said yes. Well my wife and and three other daughters went in aswell. As they exited a fellow came out a side room and asked if they were done, to which my wife said yes. He said that will be the last time with extreme rudeness. Sir I suggest you put up a No Public Restroom sign. Such attitude and rudeness in the presence of children that wanted to visit your beautiful area is sad. We'll pray for you Sir.
