Phoenix Fitness and Yoga

Phoenix is a beautiful studio with excellent teachers! All levels and all types of classes to try out. For example, they offer gentle yoga, restorative yoga, heated yoga, barre, and pilates! So excited to have found it and only 10 minutes from home!nnPS - If you have an injury, they will work with you on modifications so you can still workout!

I have been attending Phoenix Fitness and Yoga during the pandemic and it has been a life saver. I participate through Zoom and the instruction and motivation is fantastic. The yoga instructor, Trish, is very grounding, and being a beginner yogi, felt very comfortable and inspired by her teaching.

I always wanted to try Yoga thinking I was too old. It was wonderful to discover Phoenix Fitness and Yoga was not a competitive environment. It's soft and welcoming the way yoga should be. The instructors are positive, encouraging and joyful.

Phoenix instructors take such good care of us: Making sure we are working out in proper form to ensure maximum benefit and avoiding injury!nClasses and instructors make working out so fun!! Great for beginners and those looking for more challenging workouts!

Having left our usual gym during COVID, I am using the videos (specifically 4-week fat-burn). I have found the videos to be professional, easy to follow, and challenging. I highly recommend!
