Thank you ladies and the Jenny Craig program- this has absolutely changed my life. Jenny Craig helped me lose weight and the coaches there have helped me keep it off. It is worth every penny!

I love Curves! I started it with Jenny Craig weight loss right after Christmas and have already lost 17 pounds! (It's February 9th now). I love that the coaches help keep your workout exciting and fun every time! They also have a buddy referral program, so if you join tell 'em I sent ya!

This gym is wonderful! I am really happy with the results I have seen. I love that's it's for women, that it's a comfortable atmosphere, and that it is really a hard workout. Plus it's just 30 minutes, sweet!
