Please buy elsewhere.Nothing but, dishonest people. The vehicles are over priced junk from the auto auction. They have ripped many of hard working people off in Staunton. Also very unprofessional Buddy Craig has driven one of his cars around for his own personal use with dealers tags for couple of years now.And pays Buddy under the table to.Buddy use to own Craig motors in Staunton.Everyone you talked to he'd ripped off.

So I ask that you all read the whole review... Let's begin,nnI worked for this company back in April of 2014 to November 2014, and during that time I had a pleasant experience working directly under the owner's son Jason Wright who I still keep in contact with to this day. The business performs some real shady practices and half-baked labor and can't keep a stable mechanic to save their lives. I've seen so much jerry-rigging and piece-meal work that I was ashamed to have to let vehicles leave the lot from either the service or sales side. There was countless people coming back demanding work to be done because it wasn't when it should have, or to be re-done because it wasn't done right the first time.nnFast-forward to November, I was laid off with less than 24 hours notice because the second lot that the company had closed up and packed up in that time and I was out of a job, given a week's severance pay.nnFast foward again to June of 2015, I bring my vehicle there for work I cannot do in my own garage that requires a lift or specialized tools. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs at the lot at 1am on the way to the airport with my wife right behind me, I had a small box with parts in it on the passenger seat, the following week when I'm already back in the area they say they're just bringing it in and the parts aren't there... The vehicle was locked, verified, keys dropped in the box, and my wife and I BOTH know the parts were there because she watched me put them in the vehicle just before we left. When I messaged the owner he informs he wasn't going to do anything about it. My only option being file a police report which won't do any good because whoever took it or lost it is clearly not going to be stupid enough to let it be found again.nnshort version: Don't take your car here or buy from here if you want a reliable working vehicle. I won't even get started on how the vehicle I bought from them I got shafted on on TWO occasions. And don't put anything in the car you don't want stolen if you do.
