I heard the new owners are going to be upgrading Troy Hill and making it a nice place to live.
It don't deserve one star.The lot rent is cheap. But drugs yes , thru out park. People who will steal what ever is not nailed down. The lady that lives there and runs park needs to retire. Not a bit of concern about the drugs or theft. Only about your yard and what your trailer looks like. Can't have a baby pool or wash your car there.can't even water your lawn when the grass turns brown from the heat.
Quiet/friendly environment, decent little community.
Just visiting, I wouldn't want to live there myself. Steep hills would be rough in the snow.
Could be a nice place, but they don't take care of it.
