Wild Oak Trail

Went during the winter there was snow everywhere great time with friends

This is a hidden gem . We hiked a couple miles of the 28 mile loop . The hike was manageable for novices , like us . We found a cool bridge and high lookout on bolder surrounded by mountains.

Good place to hike!! Definitely good for people who like a challenge!

Incredible hiking and mountain biking trail that circumvents a large swath of the GWNF. Very popular with moderate traffic on weekends but usually not crowded except for at trailheads on weekends
