Misty Mountain Camp Resort

We had such a great time back country camping here. Loved that they had community events every day even though we did not really participate due to other plans. We hiked Crab Tree Falls which was amazing! Did the winery, brewery, and distillery tour. We had camp fires every night and had such a great time creating memories. Only downside is that the way the site prices are listed does not reflect the true cost if there is over 2 people. The website states $30 for the site which accommodates up to 8 people. Being an intelligent, college educated and well traveled person that this price would include 8 people. Not the case. Our site would be $30 for 2 people and each additional person is $5/person per night. Not cool.

Love this place! Best campground ever!

Great full service camping! Lots to keep the kids busy! I really like the primitive camping spots. Bathhouse is really nice!
