Had the veggie plate with good collard greens, very good mac and cheese, coleslaw delicious, sweet, and finely chopped (my favorite kind), good and warm yeast rolls with real butter! My husband had the hamburger steak and said it was great! It had caramelized onions and gravy. Chopped cucumber and onion salad had a sweet vinaigrette dressing. We were wonderfully pleased. We are not locals but when we drive thru the state again we hope to eat there again.

Have enjoyed lunch and dinner here many times but this was our first trip for breakfast. Knowing how popular this place is usually, I was shocked at how few people there were at 8 AM. Breakfast did not disappoint at all. Food was excellent and so was the service. Big portions and reasonable prices. This is a favorite stop when cruising down the Shenandoah Valley on I-81.

My husband ordered a hamburger and it was slightly burnt and pretty dried out. They were so kind to offer him something else! He ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and it was wonderful! They made it extra special since his burger was so over cooked!! Super nice employees... We will definitely go back when visiting that area again!! The cherry pie was awesome!!!

This place ud83dude0d very friendly wait staff and excellent service. We had a very large party (15 people) and we still got our food in a timely fashion. Definitely will be recommending and visiting again.
