The personal direction and motivation from instructors and classmates makes all the difference in keeping me healthy , connected and strong. Whether in person or on a zoom , the Jiva experience is allowing me to enter my 60 s feeling capable and excited about my future. I trained with Heather (and sometimes Mark) in Maine for 10 years before they moved to PA and opened up their own gym, Jiva Fitness. When my local gym closed down due to the pandemic, I turned to remote workouts with Jiva and it was the best thing I could've done! It's great to be reunited with my favorite trainers. They know what they're doing, are very supportive and do it all with grace and humor.

My health, strength, and mobility has changed dramatically since joining Jiva fitness. It is my path to aging gracefully. Every day, my strength and balance increase. The classes are fun and convenient. I am having successful workouts over zoom, but I am anxious to get back in the studio!

Jiva is more than just a gym; it's the best gym in the Lehigh Valley. It's also a fun and supportive community of terrific people with whom it's been my pleasure to work out for nearly three years now. Group classes, personal training, and nutritional coaching are offered live and streaming by Mark and Heather, two of best instructors/trainers you'llnfind anywhere.

Jiva provides top-notch programming for all fitness levels. With Zoom options, anyone can participate. Mark and Heather are caring, professional, fun, and so knowledgeable about their craft.
