This company was amazing! I needed my bathtub/shower removed and replaced. From the estimate to the day of install it was flawless. It turns out that I had deteriorating copper piping that was discovered during the install, and some pretty heavy leaks. Chris S. , Collin B. and Dean D. came back to fix everything for me and make sure that there were no leaks, new PVC piping and a shower that drains! Great experience, extremely professional from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lowry to anyone. And they were all really good to my pup too!

Great communication. Tyler came out on an emergency call on a Sunday. Had both mask & booties, which was appreciated. Was right on time. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Took his time and explained everything in detail, giving several options. Coming back tomorrow morning to finish the job. All dealings with Lowry have been excellent.

Tyler was amazing! He showed up on time, very polite, very professional, explained things in simple terms so I can understand. I would only recommend him! Great service all around. The office staff was informative and provided excellent Customer Service. The Tech Mike arrived on time & was prompt & courteous. He followed all CDC guidelines and insisted on wearing shoe coverings even when I said I was ok with him not wearing them. He provided a quick diagnosis and efficient service. He also offered me a wealth of information on how to best maintain my heating system to prolong its lifespan. I would highly recommend using them & plan on having the be my go-to company next time I need help!

After having a bad experience with another company, I contacted Lowry Services to install a new smart thermostat to maximize the benefits of our Carrier Infinity system. An appointment was made for the next day and I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff Dinlocker as he was on his way to our house. Jeff called to gather more information about our current system and what we were looking to accomplish. After talking through a variety of options, Jeff suggested we install the latest Carrier Infinity Thermostat. Jeff picked-up the thermostat on his way and arrived very timely. The install went great and Jeff showed me all the wonderful features and made certain I was 100% satisfied and comfortable with the operation of the thermostat. Jeff was a true pro and I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. We love our new thermostat and enjoy having the ability of checking on things from the app on our phone.
