Southbound Barbecue Company

When my husband and I got married back in 2019 we had an outdoor wedding. My husband’s request was BBQ, not the usual wedding choice but we were determined to find great BBQ and maybe other great choices too. We found it with Brad and Southbound BBQ out of West Chester, Pa which is local to us. Brad the owner was great he worked with all our needs and wants for the wedding which had approx. 140 guests. Southbound BBQ works out of a food truck which was perfect for our situation so we did not have to provide access to the kitchen or need to clean anything up! Brad and his staff handled everything. They were FANTASTIC hands down the best service ever at a wedding. They even wrapped up the left overs for us when the night was done. Family and friends kept asking about Southbound BBQ and how great the was and where to get more. Highly suggest Brad and Southbound BBQ for any of your catering needs from parties to weddings. We have gone out of our way to visit Southbound BBQ at Food Truck Festivals just to get some great BBQ, that is how good it is!

I came across Southbound BBQ at a neighborhood fundraiser and enjoyed their delicious food. I've had BBQ all over the US from Kansas City, to Texas, to North Carolina. These folks do a great job with strong quality, flavor, and service. When it came time to cater an event for my company, I called Southbound BBQ. Brad was responsive, committed, fair, and executed flawlessly. Everyone was very pleased. We will definitely bring Southbound BBQ back for our next event.

Yesterday we hosted an outdoor baby-Q for our daughter and her husband. I found Southbound BBQ company online and hired them to provide the main course for our guests. What a great choice! Brad is a great communicator and made the planning easy. He arrived with his rolling restaurant on schedule and began serving heaping portions of amazing BBQ ribs, brisket and garlic chicken with sides of coleslaw, creamy Mac n Cheese and corn bread with the best honey butter about a half hour later. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. Brad and his dad, who came along to lend a hand, were terrific from start to finish. No one went hungry and everyone enjoyed the experience. Thank you Brad! Our celebration was perfect!

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this fine place. I am glad to say that we passed a incredible evening and the restaurant was certainly the reason for that fruitful evening. The team cooperated in a very nice manner, the meals were delicious and my guests were very overjoyed. We shall definitely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.
