John Benson is an excellent litigator!nHe did a phenomenal job representing me in a civil matter. I live 7 hours away and it was like I were in the office at the firm.nHe asked all the right questions! I was being sued for defending myself physically. John was able to prove that I acted in self defense. And that the plaintiff/aggressor. Was the one at fault.nThank you John!

Words can't even describe all the hard work Craig did for us. This man is very professional, committed to his clients and will go out of his way for his clients and their family, and he isn't about money whatsoever. He went above and beyond for us and we are grateful we hired him. He always kept a communication with me no matter what day or time it was. I would highly recommend Craig again.

I was referred to John Benson to assist with handling my uncle’s estate from start to finish. While working with John, I mentioned an incident that had happened with my father, whom I had lost just 3 months prior to my uncle. This was an injury he incurred when temporarily out of his home, which I believed was negligent and lead to a lot of pain, suffering and subsequently, death. John was intrigued enough by my opinion of what had transpired, that he offered to look through my large file I had accumulated to see if I had a case. He reviewed all my documents/photos and contacted me and said he was willing to take on my case. The most important thing to me was to make sure what happened to my father didn’t happen to someone else. John believed in me but more importantly he believed in my Dad and what he went through. He worked hard for many months on my case and always responded quickly to my emails and calls following up with new information or questions. So if you are in need of a lawyer, do yourself a favor and meet with John. I found him to be very personable, professional but more than anything he genuinely cared about defending my Dad and that meant the world to me.

Craig handled my case and set my expectation to what’re thought could be done. He was direct and concise in court exposing the lies, which resulted in not only winning but exceeding what he set out to do. It’s rare to find a lawyer who’s primary goal is resolve but to resolve without further ligations like so many lawyers tend to do padding there own pockets. Hands down this firm is all about results!
