This studio is great! Wonderful community of people who lift each other up while doing something good for themselves! If you have never tried yoga, this is a great place to start since you will be guided every step of the way. If you are a yogi for years, this is a great place to try since they will help bring you to the next level. Love working out and getting stronger with so many like-minded people!

This studio is amazing. It is true hot yoga. I have just started exercising after a long recovery from an injury. The heat really helps you get a deeper stretch and feels amazing. The instructors are encouraging and supportive. It’s a great place for beginners and advanced practice. In addition to the yoga they offer Pilates in a heated environment and it’s so much fun.

I've practiced hot yoga all over the world, and this place knows how to get it hot and give you the workout you are looking for. The new owner apparently put in a new heating system and is well versed and experienced with hot yoga. The staff is always friendly and I like that they have male instructors and a lot of males going to classes so I don't feel like I'm the only guy in class. Will be taking my wife and friends in soon!

I love this studio so much! Mori and the other teachers are so very supportive. I feel fantastic after doing a hot class. Truly HOT, not just warm - what an amazing feeling. The studio itself also has a wonderful feel, very zen...professional and clean. They have really worked hard through covid to keep everyone connected and bring everyone back in the safest possible way. Hot yoga has changed my life. Thank you Dragons!

Took a class here for the first time and was honestly shocked by the experience. We have been practicing yoga for over 3 years and assumed Bikram would be similar to previous classes we took...it's not. For those that have never done Bikram, beware. There was absolutely no sense of flow in the class. Maybe, this is typical for Bikram, but the pace of the class was also far too fast and, other than the breathing exercises in the beginning and end, there was absolutely no talk of breath guiding or informing movement (as is typical in other forms of yoga). Perhaps these are typical components of Bikram, so we can give the benefit of the doubt, but there was also no guidance for modifications for those that might desire an easier flow or pose (which is also typical in our experience in other types of yoga).nnThe prices on the website were inaccurate - we arrived expecting $17-$22 and were instead charged $30, being told that it's because of the new ownership. At least, please update your prices online so we'd know what to expect! We've never encountered such a steep price for a yoga class, and most studios typically offer a new student price for those who have never taken a class at their studio - they did not. They did not seem to have a cap on the number of people taking the class either, so it was incredibly packed, and it did not make for the most pleasant experience.nnOn the plus side, the facilities were clean, the rented mats were solid, and the instructor/front desk person was pretty friendly.nnBottom line: this was not a beginner class, it was way overpriced, and over packed. If you like an intense, somewhat harsh, westernized, and expensive Bikram class in a clean facility with a friendly instructor, this place might be for you.
