April J Yoga

I started yoga many years ago, and was very skeptical of the benefits. I've had several teachers but have to say that April is the one that gave me a love for the practice and helped me learn so many mindful aspects to help my practice work for me. She truly makes you feel that it is her honor to be with you. You are never rushed or pushed to do something that is beyond your ability yet you are challenged to do your best and also feel safe on the mat. The new studio is a relaxing, peaceful space and I would recommend a class from this studio to anyone on any yoga level.

Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced yogi, April will meet you where you are and guide you through a practice that is so satisfying, mentally and emotionally as well as physically. Every class is unique and full of encouragement and love. Her new studio is as calm and welcoming as April herself. Highly recommend!

I was a first timer on Sunday, I felt so comfortable, April is an amazing instructor. She is such an inspiration to me! I will definitely be going again! The space she's in is so relaxing and comforting, I felt right at home!
