Our experience purchasing a camper from Skaggs has been far less than good. Our salesman was very helpful and informative. The finance lady (Debbie) was pleasant to deal with at times and was NOT pleasant at all during other times. She informed me that we (kept her way past closing time the night before when we came to look at a camper and needed to make sure we got there earlier when we planned to come sign papers on a camper.) which I thought was HIGHLY unprofessional. When we came to look at the camper in person that we found online we got there about 30 minutes before closing because we had just gotten off of work and that was plenty of time to look at a camper. The sales person was a talker (which was fine because he was very knowledgeable and personable) but that is the reason we were there after closing time but apparently the finance lady (Debbie) was not happy about it and informed me of that when I was scheduling a good time to come sign papers on the camper we purchased. Her attitude ALMOST made us cancel the sale and go elsewhere. She made us feel like an inconvenience more times than once during this process. After all of that we got it delivered By the owner and found multiple defects. (Outside speakers won’t work, holes in the wall from a door slamming during transit, door frames bent. Just a lot of things) we called and was told the only way to handle all of it is to file it under the warranty and we would have to haul it there and leave it to get fixed once the warranty stuff gets approved. Keep in mind we travel for work and live in this camper. So hauling a BRAND NEW camper there to be FIXED when we literally have only spent two weeks in it is INSANE to me. We like the camper but the customer service is terrible as well as the defects that could have been handled before they sold the camper. I do not recommend shopping here.

The place to go for your RV needs. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Den Den was of great assistance. Highly recommend. Prices are low to moderate.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable technicians, and they treat you how all good mom & pop places do. The sales team is no pressure and want to make sure that you are comfortable and safe. The service team take care of your camper like their own and work to make sure that you okay about with your camper. Would highly recommend!

Carefree of Colorado awning would not retract. Working at Ft Knox and found this store was an authorized dealer so I made an appointment. Their initial diagnosis was incorrect and saved me a good amount of money when the proper diagnosis was made. Instead of charging me for items I did not need, items that had already been installed, they corrected it and only charged me for what I needed. Nice to have an honest repair shop.

These guys were great, had caulking go bad and roof on my Outback start getting air under it and leaking while traveling. I called and they got me in right away and patched up so I could get back on the road. Customer service, and knowledge of their technicians was outstanding, would come back here again anytime!
