Soft Surroundings

I am sorry to post this on the Pittsburgh store site but I could not find a place on the Soft Surrounds web site to post. I returned a dress during the covid lock down (July)and I am still waiting for a refund. I realize everything is difficult but it has been almost 3 months. I have called and emailed a number of times. The customer service has been very nice but I’m still waiting for my refund. Finally received the refund

I need to return a dress. I had to have 2 operations in less than 2 months and lost a lot of weight. It was to be for a wedding but the wedding had to be cancelled. Now it is way to big. Never worn and still has tags. I need an address to sent it to please

I really like Soft Surroundings. They're clothes are well-made and stylish...a little different from Chico's and J. Jill. I especially like the store in Pittsburgh (Ross Park). The employees there go out of their way to help! Even offering a cold bottle of water!!

Love this store. Great sales. The sales people are very hrlpful.

This store is superior to most women's clothing stores. A little more expensive, but the quality speaks for itself.
