Overall the service from start to finish was great, but I have to give additional credit to the Service Manager, Terry Gibson, for his personal handling of a mechanical situation. His professional and pleasant attitude is a DEFINITE asset for Herb Jones Chevrolet. Whenever I have gone there I have gotten the same top quality service when he is directly involved and his attitude conveys that his standards for service given are very high.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. When I went to pay the bill. It had went up 10.00 dollar from my last change. I am on a fixed income. So I may have too find someone cheaper. Anyway the service was great. Just the increase in price is what hurts. Thank you
Greeted promptly. Oil change completed in a timely manner. Friendly cashier. Seats were covered and floor mats were used to insure cleanliness.
