This week I had the pleasure of working with Oscar Murray in the purchase of my new (to me) car. I have purchased may cars over the last 30 years but I can honestly say I have never been treated so well as I was this week. Everyone at that dealership was very helpful and nice. Being a single woman I was worried about being treated poorly as I have been in the past. But that was not the case with Pinkham Lincoln. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They deserve so much more. Anyone needing a car would be crazy going anywhere else. Oscar and the entire staff are amazing. Thank you Pinkham for such a wonderful experience.nSusie

If there ever was an Excellent car buying experience, I had it at Pinkham Lincoln Automotive. I was unable to find the car I wanted, so I expanded my search and found what I wanted at Pinkham Lincoln. This dealership is an hours drive from my house and was well worth it. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE was excellent. I had emailed the dealership very late in the afternoon about my interest in their vehicle, literally in minutes I had a response from Bill Pinkham, unheard of by today’s standard. I felt there was a trust and customer friendship formed immediately. FINANCE EXPERIENCE with Gary Burris, he was spot on, very polite and knows his job very well. I was not rushed in and out of his office, again a very pleasant experience. Pinkham Lincoln, Bill & Gary you made my car buying experience a very good one. A new customer for life!

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Pinkham during the research and eventual purchase of my new vehicle. Kyle went above and beyond throughout the entire process by working with me on some logistical issues that made me getting to E-Town impossible while also being extremely communicative with me on a daily basis. Kyle was knowledgeable, understanding, willing to work with me, and took care of everything that was needed so that when it came time to make a decision, the actual buying process took less than 10 minutes. Moreover, Kyle's approach was refreshing in the sense that I never felt any pressure to purchase the car and he let me know several times that I should not feel obligated to buy unless I thought it was the perfect fit. If this is the approach that everyone at Pinkham follows with their potential customers then I don't know how you'd get a better car--buying experience anywhere else. I highly recommend Kyle Pinkham and Pinkham Lincoln Automotive.

Have always enjoyed dealing with the staff at Pinkham automotive and with Kyle Pinkham especially. Any issues, which have always been minor) were resolved. I enjoy the perks that go with the purchase and always feel I have been treated with the utmost respect
