He is able to assess your needs remotely and come prepared for the job. Ben makes scheduling an appointment or showing up in your moment of need seamless. We purchased a new home in Cranberry PA and needed to have all our locks rekeyed. We called Black Lock with our schedule and Ben arrived at the appointed time ready to go.
