We were passing through Kentucky en route to Nashville when our truck started losing power. AAA towed our truck to Bob Swope Ford late that night. The very next morning they had already looked at our truck and an employee drove to Louisville and back to get the necessary parts. It was repaired that day and we were able to get back on the road. Many thanks to the employees at Bob Swope Ford, who went above and beyond for us and exuded professionalism and kindness.

I've spent too many a Sunday spending the ENTIRE day finalizing a deal. The folks down at Swope Ford changed that up. When my salesman Jesse and I found the car, I was out of there two hours later. I cannot believe how quick, friendly, and helpful the entire staff was. I would definitely recommend them, and I got more truck that I anticipated for LESS than I wanted to pay. That's a win in my book.nI WILL be visiting them again when it's time to upgrade. Thanks Swope Ford!

The buying of my my Shelby GT350 was a good experience went smoothly. But the service afterwards is a joke. My reverse lockout broke so now it doesn't go into reverse! Well I called the service department to let them know it is obviously something that needs to be fixed right away! Well they got the part and they would not allow me to make an appointment until they got the part in! Well after almost a week goes by and I finally call them and they said that they had the part in for a couple of days and they weren't sure why I wasn't called! Then comes the great part of it all...... They tell me they cannot get me in for 3 weeks! I said isn't there anyway you could get me in sooner I even bought the car from Bob Swope a few months ago!!!! The answer was 3 weeks was the best they could do! I've never had any other dealership ever do this to anyone especially since it is such an easy fix but after you buy a $50,000 car you would think the service department would take care of their customers!

Went in for a routine oil change/tire rotation. They were very busy but was able to work me in. Very thorough and professional throughout the building. Great Experience. Everyone was wearing masks and respectful of social distancing per CDC Guidelines.

I took my car in for Service while in the area on business. I dreaded this. Still, they took their time and the servi e was quality. They did not charge me for some things that came up, for the responsible reasons. Would bring my car back again.
