Had a great experience! Went in there not really knowing what we wanted. Had an idea but needed to do some work with our trade before we really started working. Jeremy was great. Super helpful and professional. Mary, in finance, was awesome as well. End of the experience resulted in us buying a new car. We love working with the team at Swope.

2020 Pandemic continues to wreak havoc at every corner. I ordered exactly the car I wanted through Swope Toyota. I waited three months for its arrival. Toyota manufacturer unfortunately did not send what I ordered. Of 12 added accessories, Toyota manufacturer decided I only needed one of those items, and downgraded it to boot.nSwope Toyota went out of their way after some collaboration to get me as close as possible to the car ordered originally. They turned a very disappointed customer into a very happy customer. My loyalty of the last 20 years to the Swope group remains intact.nThank you to the Sales and Service teams at Swope Toyota for making this right! Jeremy and Ricky in the sales department tackled this as a team. They were both available any time (ANY TIME!!!) to answers questions. For three months they have both been a quick text away from an answer to all of my random questions.nnAs an aside, they have a gentleman that does painting, such as the side lower rockers (what I got), his work is impeccable!

Contacted the Service Department and ordered two new tires. Setup an appointment for tire replacement and an alignment. Within a few minutes I received a text confirming my appointment.nnI showed up on time, a short conversation with the service representative to ensure the work order was correct and I was directed to a great waiting area. Plenty of room to social distance, good WiFi for those of us that need to work from computers remotely and good food.nnI ease dropped on some Service Representative conversations with other waiting customers. Always polite and full of information. Seemed like none of us waited very long for repairs and we’re on their way.nnMy turn for the service representative. Explained the work completed and mentioned a few maintenance items I should consider in the near future.nnReceived a text after I left that thanked me again for allowing them to provide service.nnBest dealership service department experience I could desire. Professional, timely, friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

Had a 1 o’clock appointment and figured I’d be lucky to be out by 2. On top of that I was 7 or 8 minutes late. Checked in and went to cafe. Had a surprisingly good roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans. No sooner finished than tech came up with paperwork all finished on my 10,000 mile service. I was back in truck pulling out and looked at time, it was 1:35. I call that about as good as you can get.

This was the second Toyota that we have purchased from the Swope group in Etown. Jody, the salesman, was a down-to-earth guy, and knowledgeable about the autos. The finance team, Mary and Keith, were very good to work with. There was no nonsense. I liked that. I would recommend the Swope Toyota Group to anyone. We have loved our Tacoma and Camry as well!
