Jake , Jillian and Alex were terrific to work with. This was my first time visiting the pittsburgh location and it’s true that people make the experience. I highly recommend this brand of clothing for anyone who enjoys free returns , a perfect fit and expert advice ! Not to mention clothes that last and look great.

I have been here a few times now, so I figured I should review the store. The ninjas here are always very helpful and patient, and they are very knowledgeable about the various products and sizes. I have had a lot of luck with Bonobos itself, they have great customer service and products. Highly recommended

Nicholas Pitrone is the best sales person ever... I meet him when I first moved to Pittsburgh a year ago.. I happened into the store looking for a place to purchase alittle better quality clothing and meet Nick... He was friendly and helpful. I didn't make a purchase until months later and when I returned to the store he remembered my name and my clothing likes. I made my purchase because of him (and the clothing quality).

I love this shop! I get stuff for my BF and my brother here and they both love it!nnIt’s a “guide shop” so basically it’s a place to help you fit and find sizes and styles etc and then you order....but they’ve been super helpful with everything-including a few pieces I ordered online myself and mistakenly got the wrong size for, etc. Jake and his team are super helpful and so nice with whatever you need...seriously above and beyond!
