I have had a very bad time dealing with this company. Gary is a nice guy but does not know how to run a business. I signed a contract with him to de-lead a house, sent my down payment and never received service. There was minimal contact and my tenants had no idea when the process was going to start and end. I felt like I had to babysit the entire process and still got nothing to show. I have wasted months of my time and money dealing with this issue. He then told me he was no longer interested in doing the work (4 months after signing the contract) and then did not refund my total deposit. I have tried to call him multiple times leaving messages with no response. I recommend not dealing with this company.
