Marcel Towing

I called this guy for pick up my car in leominster and drop it off in fitchburg he say he was busy at that time but he will back to me in a couple hours,after 2 and half hours I call him back but he never answer or call me back he's just a wasting time never again.

Called for a tow from the side of the highway. They told me 1 hour max. 1 1/2 hrs later still didn’t show up. I call their number no answer and voicemail is full. Nice way to treat a customer

I called and asked to have my car picked up for 1230-1pm...and was told they are to busy not till after 3pm? Your a tow company...if i call, hours ahead of the time...then you should be able to handle it.nI wouldn't even give it a one star...but i cant post unless i rate it.
